I am a personal trainer, wellbeing coach, mum and wife who works because I love my job.
I am fascinated by what makes us well, physically, mentally and emotionally and have spent years learning about how we can be healthier in all areas of our lives.
I was living a chaotic, flustered and unproductive life, working a full day while also managing the emotional and mental load of those around me, meeting everyone else’s needs and expectations with little time left to meet my own!
I lived with guilt, pressure, stress and overwhelm and the impact of this was that I was short-tempered, irritable, unhappy and overweight.
I realized that if I was going to enjoy the work that I do alongside being the happy, present coach and mother that I wanted to be, I needed to set boundaries and make choices so that would make me feel in control so that I could be more present in the moment.
I created a way of being that allows me to focus better, be present and enjoy the moment while also finding time for me in amongst the noise.
I felt insecure, worried and stressed before I met Charlotte. I was facing financial problems, marriage problems, and an addict son in rehab.
